Issue raised in the present writ application is no more res integra. The matter was considered by the LPA Court in L.P.A. No. 501 of 2017, which was allowed by order dated 14.11.2017.

Following the judgment of the LPA Court, this Court is left with no option but to allow the writ application. The order dated 19.01.2017 as contained in Annexure-5 is quashed. The

Patna High Court CWJC No.6950 of 2017(4) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 petitioner is directed to be reinstated. However, the monetary benefits shall abide by the final outcome of the enquiry conducted by the respondents in the matter.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands allowed and disposed of.
