The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhawanipur (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2018, Special Case No. 524 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 272 and 273 IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act,2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.5.2018 seizure of 6 liters country made liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd
