2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2023, lodged under Sections 392 and 411 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught while committing the loot in C.S.P. Centre. The looted articles and cash have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2023 having twelve criminal cases pending against him, which is of similar and serious nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are in total twelve criminal antecedents of the petitioner of serious offences.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner was caught raid handed committing the loot and his criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected.
