The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that the petitioner, being a teacher of the same school, entered into her room and abused and assaulted the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a teacher and he made protest for substandard construction of the school building by the informant. An enquiry was held and the construction work was stopped, that is why, this case has been lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid that the informant and the petitioner are teachers of the same school, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8142 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Khudwan P.S. Case No. 42/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
