2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raxaul P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 120B, 324, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, four unknown persons riding on two motorcycles entered into the school premises and started indiscriminate firing which hit on the legs of two bus drivers.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Gaurav Kumar. Save and except

5. Counsel for State however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got four criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner abovenamed on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
