====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2023 Heard Mr. Ajit Kumar Ojha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Smt. Binita Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General that the authority slip has already been issued today.

3. The District Programme Officer (Establishment), Purnia is present in the Court in person. He has ensured that today he will go to the Office of the Accountant General and obtain the authority slip issued in favour of the petitioner in person.

4. The Accountant General Office without taking any

The District Programme Officer (Establishment) also ensures that he will immediately hand over the authority slip to the Treasury Officer, Purnia for the payment of the entire amount in the account of the petitioner by Tomorrow.

5. The personal appearance of District Programme Officer (Establishment), the District Education Officer, Block Education Officer and Provident Fund Officer are dispensed with.

6. The grievance of the petitioner with respect to the payment of Contributory Provident Fund prior to the effective date of applicability of provident fund in the year 1986 related to the District Provident Fund Officer, Purnia, who is present in the Court is directed to make payment within a period of six weeks.

7. The petitioner, if so desires, he may also represent before the appropriate authority for payment of any other dues which remains to be paid.

8. The concerned authority must dispose of the representation of the petitioner by ensuring that payment, if any, is required to be paid to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks by passing a reasoned order.

9. The order has been passed in the open Court, the Accountant General Office must not delay in handing over the authority slip to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Purnia, who has been directed to receive the authority slip in person from the office of the Accountant General.

10. The writ petition stands disposed of.
