Petitioners have prayed for following reliefs:- (I) For issuance of an order, direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Bank to give effect to the decision of the managing committee of the college dated 11/11/2020 with regard to change of signatory of the accounts of the college.

(ii) For issuance of an order direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to honour the cheques issued by the college for payment of salary and other expenses.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate declaration holding that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17973 of 2021 dt.29-06-2022 2/2 respondent bank is under obligation to accept the change of signatory of the accounts of college as per the decision of the managing committee.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate declaration holding that the Registrar of the respondent University made it abundantly clear to the Manager of the respondent Bank that until further orders the existing managing committee would continue as the managing committee of the college. (v) For any other relief(s) to which the petitioners may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of as withdrawn.
