The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jadopur P.S. Case no. 68/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 448, 341, 323, 354, 354A, 379, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner his sons and others entered into her house and assaulted the informant and other family members.

It appears that the occurrence took place on 15.06.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 10.07.2014. The informant herself stated that no negotiation for compromise was held, therefore, she filed the case on the same and similar allegation.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S. Case No. 68/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
