The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.198 of 2025 for the offence under sections 80/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner and others are said to have killed the sister of the informant.

From the F.I.R., it appears that the deceased was taken to Dharamshila Hospital for treatment where she died. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The deceased and her husband have two children, who are staying with the petitioner's family.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application of grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada / concerned Court below, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.198 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / section 482 of the BNSS.
