Though this Court is not in a position to issue any mandamus allowing the prayer of the petitioner in this writ application for his transfer from the present post of Havildar, Bihar Military Police, Bagha Camp, Muzaffarpur to District Police Cadre on the basis of earlier Government decision dated 15.04.2013, which has already been superseded by a subsequent decision of the State Government in the year 2014, but then it is made clear that as the validity of withdrawal of the aforesaid decision dated 15.4.2013 is subject matter of C.W.J.C. No. 18418 of 2014 admitted for final hearing its result shall guide and govern the case of the petitioner. In other words, if the aforesaid writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.20116 of 2014 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 application is allowed, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for being shifted from Bihar Military Police to District Police Cadre.
