The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, two accused persons were apprehended with a motorcycle for which they did not produce any documents. It transpired that the same was a stolen motorcycle. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the concessional statement of coaccused Vicky Kumar Gupta recorded by the police. No incriminating article has been recovered from petitioner's possession. The petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Case no. 323 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class No.7, Saran at Chapra.
