ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S.Case No.65 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 537, 435, 436, 429, 379, 153, 295A and 337 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are two different versions of the case and the event which took place on the Holi day.
Considering the peculiar nature of allegation and also the fact that the other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by different Benches vide orders passed in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9341 of 2015 (8) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Cr.Misc. No.1120 of 2015 on 16.01.2015 and Cr.Misc. no.24296 of 2014 15.10.2014, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj, in Mirganj P.S.Case No.65 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of Cr.P.C.
