The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted with dagger in the abdomen of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue has been resolved between the parties and a petition to that effect has been filed before the learned Court below. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation of assault against the petitioner.

No.48102 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and the corresponding injury, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
