The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 354, 427, 436 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that four FIR named accused persons and 40-50 unknown variously armed came at the door of the informant and started ploughing the land of the informant. On protest being made the informant was abused by calling caste name and her house was put on fire in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47810 of 2014 (4) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 which Rs.10,000/- cash and ornaments were burnt. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of dispute the accusation has been levelled and during investigation nothing was found burnt. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 163 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
