The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No.10 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 366, 376, 312 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The present case arises out of a dispute between the petitioner and the informant who had illicit relation from before and both the parties are major.

In that view of the matter, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
