2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered under Sections 191 (2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) and 115(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. According to FIR, when the informant was cleaning his house, 23 FIR named accused persons including the petitioner came there, equipped with arms and ammunition, and they attempted to forcibly possess the house of the informant. They started assaulting the family members of the informant. The specific allegation against co-accused Gautam Kumar is that he fired at Anmol Kumar on his back. Anmol Kumar died in the way

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not the assailant neither he was present on the place of occurrence and no role has been assigned against him in the FIR and on similar footing, other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35466 of 2025 and 37784 of 2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
