This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Habibpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of allegation against the petitioner that one person impersonated as the petitioner and appeared in his place in the Intermediate examination, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
