JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365 of the IPC. As per FIR, the petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, both petitioner as well as the victim are major who are in love affair. With consent of both the parties they have solemnized marriage and to that effect a joint petition has been filed by the parties before the court below(Annexure 2 to the petition).

Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
