Petitioners are in custody in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in custody since 14.5.2018. He submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
From the stamp report, it appears that other coaccused Sachin Choudhary was granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 18668 of 2018 vide order dated 4.4.2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37590 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Nawada , in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018.
