The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 dated 17.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 304 B, 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is the younger brother of the husband of the deceased, whereas petitioner no. 2 is the wife of petitioner no. 1. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been residing separately from the deceased and her husband. During the course of investigation, some of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36056 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 witnesses have stated that the deceased has committed suicide because of her not carrying on good relation with her husband. Considering the aforesaid facts; as also taking into account that the husband of the deceased is in custody, the petitioners above-named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
