The petitioner has sought direction to the respondent authorities to grant him the benefits of A.C.P. / M.A.C.P. after exempting him from the requirement of passing departmental examination in terms of the decision of the Government and for other benefits to which he is entitled.

It has been submitted at the threshold that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15090 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 petitioner has made representation before the Deputy Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for the redressal of his grievance but that application has been kept pending for a long time.

The petitioner, therefore, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a fresh representation before the Secretary, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2), within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall verify the facts and after hearing the petitioner, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
