This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. case no. 65 of 2015 registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 323,324, 325 and 307 of the IPC.

Petitioners along with others had moved for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. no. 24595 of 2015. This Court by order dated 21.8.2015 (Annexure-1) granted bail to some of the accuseds but refused bail to the petitioners citing reasons therefor. It is submitted that the main accused of this case Md. Inamul has since been privileged with anticipatory bail by this Court. It is also submitted that the main injury report of injured Md. Majharul

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13062 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 Haque is also not on record.

Be that as it may considering the fact that earlier his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected, this Court permit the petitioner to surrender and seek regular bail before the Court below stating all relevant facts which shall be considered by the Court below and disposed of unprejudiced by the present order.
