2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

That the prosecution case is based on the written information given by Deputy Superintendent of Police Vigilance Department dated 12.03.2024 alleging therein inter alia that pursuant to the Public Interest Litigation, being Cwjc No. 15459 of 2014 a vigilance enquiry was held in regard to the selection of niyojit teachers in between the period of 2006-2015. In the enquiry the petitioner's Certificate in physical education

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58203 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/3 issued by sports & Youth services, Maharastra, Pune was found to be fake. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has obtained certificate from Sports and Youth Services, Maharashtra, Pune in the year 2006 and obtained a job of Teacher in the year, 2010 but at that point of time, petitioner does not know that the institution was not recognized. It is further submitted that now the petitioner has resigned from the post of Teacher on 12.09.2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecdent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that after producing forged physical Education Training Certificate obtained job of teacher in the year, 2010 which was found forged after verification. 6.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has already resigned from the service as also the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with
