2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other accused persons are said to have murdered the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

4. Though the petitioner being the husband of the deceased is alleged to have killed the deceased but from the FIR, it appears to be a case of accidental death.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2025.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
