The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the complainant. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, the wife-complainant is appearing. However, no counter affidavit has been filed, as the complainant did not appear for reconciliation or filing of counter affidavit. The petitioner is ready for restoration of conjugal life.

No.8317 of 2015 (7) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 Considering the entire facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua/Successor Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1285 of 2013 corresponding to Trial No. 4975 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
