2. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that the order dated 16.09.2016 passed in CWJC No. 475 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1133 of 2017 dt.25-09-2019 2/2 2016 has been complied with, especially in view of PPO No. 201711011130 dated 16.09.2019 issued in favour of the petitioner regarding his pension, family pension, commutation of pension and gratuity.

3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off with the observation that all admitted dues in terms of the said PPO, along with arrears, if any, from the date of retirement, shall be paid to the petitioner without any further delay by the Treasury Officer, Sheikhpura, upon the petitioner completing the required formalities.
