Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 370(i), 372, 373, 429, 353, 427, 224, 109 of the Indian Penal Code, 6/8 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act. It is alleged that from the house of the petitioner six girls in an objectionable condition were caught. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure was made from the in-laws house of the petitioner, and not from the house of the petitioner. Only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case, whereas others have been granted regular bail. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6917 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Arwal P.S.
