Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mansi PS Case No.81 of 2018 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is that the petitioner on the pretext of giving rice and mustard oil at low rate took Rs.8000/- from the informant but he did not supply it and the fact is that the informant side wanted the petitioner to serve in their line hotel and on his denial, this false implication was made and this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Bijali Sahani @ Bijay Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36029 of 2018(2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Mansi PS Case No.81 of 2018.
