Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 302, 114, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It appears that similarly situated co-accused Jaikant Sharma has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19261 of 2018 (Annexure-3).
Considering the general and omnibus allegation of commission of murderous assault, let the petitioners, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36098 of 2018 (2) dt.29-06-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No. 148 of 2018 arising out of Beldour Police Station Case No. 232 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners as well as condition that both the bailors shall be resident of within the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
