This is a case of misuse of privilege of bail. Bailbond of the petitioner was cancelled on 19.08.2009. Thereafter, the petitioner surrendered on 04.06.2018.
Considering the entire facts, if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.715 of 2002, arising out of Rohtas P.S. Case No.154 of 2001, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with
