2. It appears from the order granting bail dated 16.05.2025 that several conditions have been imposed upon the Opposite Party No.2 in order to secure his appearance during trial. In such view of the matter, it is made clear that any of conditions imposed by the learned court concerned which had granted bail to the Opposite Party No.2 is not adhered to, the
