In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 420, 408, 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story in short is that the present petitioner used to take computer work from Neeraj Kumar. Allegation has been made that the petitioner with the assistance of Neeraj Kumar has illegally withdrawn the government money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount withdrawn by Neeraj Kumar using the computer of the petitioner has been returned by him as has been stated in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37093 of 2018(2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 paragraph nos. 11 to 13 of the present application. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Ram Sharan Das, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chieef Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
