2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. According to F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal transportation of sand. Petitioner is owner of the tractor which was seized, loaded with sand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 21.09.2024, petitioner has already deposited Rs. 35,625/- on 25.09.2024 in the District Mining Office, Bhojpur.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53023 of 2024(4) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Geedha (Gidha) P. S. Case No. 38 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
