The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 256 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342,323,307,498(A) 379, 504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of the fact that the petitioners are mother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the alleged victim, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
