Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forest case no. 22F/2013 registered under sections 41, 42 of the Indian Forest Act as well as sections 5, 7, 8, 10 and 13 of the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990.

Admittedly, petitioner was saw mill owner and when raid was conducted saw mill was not found in running condition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
