JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents for payment of admitted dues for supply of the steel plates by the petitioner under Mid-day Meal Scheme in Upper Primary Schools of different Blocks in the Gaya district.
It is submitted that some dispute arose on complaint made by certain persons, upon which inquiry was conducted and recommendation was made for making payment after doing some adjustment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, Gaya, respondent no. 2, has also taken a decision
Patna High Court CWJC No.3149 of 2015 dt.09-03-2015 2/2 as contained in Annexure 7. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already approached the District Magistrate, Gaya vide Annexure 7.
In above view of the matter, let the District Magistrate, Gaya, i.e, the respondent no. 2, examine the matter and consider the representation of the petitioner and thereafter take a decision for payment of admitted dues of the petitioner, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
