The petitioner in this case is aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the order/memo no. 544 dated 22.06.2022 issued under the signature of Chief Engineer (Planning, Monitoring and Ground Water) Minor Water Resources Department, Patna by which the petitioner has been transferred from Minor Irrigation Division, Sitamarhi to Minor Irrigation Division, Aurangabad on the ground of Home District.
