2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80(2), 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have killed the informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of Scorpio vehicle as dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There

As per the post-mortem report of the deceased, where the doctor has found five injuries on the dead body of the deceased and the cause of death could not be ascertained. The petitioner neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody in this case since 22.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that the death of the deceased was committed within two months of her marriage. It is further submitted that as per para-3, 4 and 5 of the case diary, which is mentioned in the impugned order dated 24.06.2025, all the witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025.
