JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 290 IPC and Section 37 (Ka) (ga) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was in drunken condition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.5.2018.

In view of the above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36977 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Tankuppa P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018.
