The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Inerwa P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354(B)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. Considering the fact that the petitioners are parents of the main accused, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

No.61187 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 7th, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Inerwa P.S. Case No. 75 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
