JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant's motorcycle, registered in the name of his brother Pankaj Kumar was stolen while it was kept in front of the house of one Md. Saddam, the driver of the informant, subsequently the motorcycle was recovered from the house of one Md. Sonu. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confession of co-accused Md. Abdullah.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14125 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 petition that the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from present one.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
