ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2018 in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, the petitioner was also charge sheeted under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Considering the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr. P.C. and that in her statement she has herself stated that she is 18 years of age, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32388 of 2018 (4) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-I-cum-Special Judge, Samastipur, in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 160 of 2017.
