JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

This application has been preferred against the order dated 20.07.2010, passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar in Matrimonial Case No. 1 of 2007, by which the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.1,500/- per month as interim maintenance and Rs.10,000/- towards litigation cost.

Learned counsel submits that since passing of the interim order, more than 4 1⁄2 years have passed, and by this time final order in all likelihood must have been passed. It be so, this application is dismissed.
