2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.98 of 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, police arrested the petitioner when he was fleeing away by the motorcycle. The master key of stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he is under custody since 11.02.2023.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, subject to the condition that petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
