One of the prayers made in the writ application was a direction upon the District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Nawada (for short 'the Authority') to provide him the order which was passed on his appeal being Appeal No. 222/10. This Court by order dated 05.07.2011 directed the petitioner to apply for certified copy of the said order whereby the Authority was directed to ensure supply thereof within ten days. The petitioner was required to file further affidavit in the light of the said order. No such supplementary affidavit has been filed. On 02.02.2012 when the case was taken up, nobody appeared on
