2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)/a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, a country-made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He is under custody since 29.02.2024.

5. It appears that the petitioner has criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57431 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 antecedents of sixteen cases. The learned court below has rightly observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after nine months from the date of passing of the impugned order dated 25.06.2024.

6. In view of aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.

7. It is made clear that the learned court below shall not be prejudiced by this order.
