The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Special Case No. 3685 of 2018 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2018 registered under Sections 420/120(B) of the I.P.C. and section 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that from perusal of seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been dragged in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.34597 of 2018(2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3685 of 2018 arising out of Khusrupur P.S.
