====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE V.N. SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, as it is said that he consumed electricity violating the Electricity Act.

From the First Information Report, it is evident that petitioner consumed electricity to the extent of Rs. 1,70,290/-. In the event, petitioner deposits first instalment of Rs. 20,000/- within two weeks from today, he be allowed provisional bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 pending in the court of Special Judge (Electricity), Magadh Area, Gaya and thereafter if he deposits three instatlemts of the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8041 of 2015 (4) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 amount within six months, provisional bail be confirmed otherwise after expiry of six months from today, provisional bail shall be cancelled.

Interim order dated 27.04.2015 is, accordingly, modified.
