Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Pocso Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. learned counsel submits that victim has admitted that she has voluntarily joined the wedlock with this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Case No. 21 of 2019.
