Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of Pocso Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. learned counsel submits that victim has admitted that she has voluntarily joined the wedlock with this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47878 of 2019(2) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-1st cum Special Judge, Jamui, in connection with Sikendra P.S. Case No. 21 of 2019.
