Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 39 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this merely because they are the mother and father of the husband of the informant. There is no specific allegation of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.
